To contribute to reducing the socio-urban fracture identified in the city of Lisbon through three key areas:

1. Increasing employment levels and boosting local economic networks
2. Improving educational attainment levels
3. Reducing generational poverty

Specific Objectives:

a) Increasing employment levels and boosting local economic networks, specifically:

1. Improve employability levels
2. Promote entrepreneurship and self-employment
3. Create job opportunities
4. Strengthen sectoral integration within local economic networks

b) Improving educational attainment levels, specifically:

1. Combat school dropout and academic failure
2. Promote lifelong learning
3. Strengthen vocational education options
4. Foster collaboration mechanisms between schools and the community

c) Reducing poverty, specifically:

1. Design innovative social responses
2. Improve existing social responses
3. Promote integrated social responses
4. Create solutions in under-resourced social areas
