Light at the end of the tunnel at Quinta do Ferro

Over the past few months, in a very demanding context, our first requests of Pedidos de Informacão Prévia (PIP), submitted in the second half of last year, have been approved. These will lead to the rehabilitation of eight buildings in the neighborhood.
With the approval of projects that respect Quinta do Ferro's urban scale, with the construction of the first phase of public space rehabilitation carried out by SRU Lisboa, and with the second phase being developed by our friends at Atelier do Corvo, step by step the knots that have bound this territory are beginning to come undone.
