Residential neighborhood rehabilitation in Vila Franca de Xira

Last April, we proceeded with the submission of the Detail Design phase, which we had begun in January 2026, for the rehabilitation of the former residential building once promoted by Promocasa cooperative in the Pedra Furada neighborhood, Vila Franca de Xira - one of several projects we have been developing with our colleague and professor at the Lisbon School of Architecture, Filipa Serpa.
This is a housing complex comprising 27 homes and their respective surroundings.
Still awaiting approval of this phase, we are publishing an image of a 1:2 scale model of the new guardrails, along with printed study images and a table showing some of the proposed materials.
